Rules

Guest Policies

Registered Guests: 4 guests staying on a campsite at a time is included in the site fee. Any additional quests up to 6 guests will be $5 per guest per person per night and require prior approval. A maximum of 6 registered guests are allowed per site. If there will be more than 6 then an additional site reservation is required.

A person registering for a campsite must be at least 19 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License.

Access to the campground amenities are limited to registered guests.

The front gate is locked at all times. A code for the gate lock will be provided at registration. Do not share the front gate code for the safety of all in the campground. If you do share the gate code and it needs to be changed there will be a $50.00 fee.

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the campground. All daytime visitors must stop in the guest center, pay a $5.00 fee and park in visitors lot. A maximum of 4 daytime visitors are allowed per site. Visitors may not bring pets. JG’s Campen Life reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 9 PM CST. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered, that all campground rules are followed, and any damages made by their visitors. If a visitor is not following campground rules, registered guests and visitors will be asked to leave without a refund.

Vehicle Policies

Car camping is not allowed.

The age of your RV is not restricted but no RV body damage, broken window(s), outside A/C units and clean exterior.

Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. Extra vehicles, trailer, or boat will need to be parked at the campgrounds designated area. An additional fee of $10 per item per night.

Please do not park on our grass at the campsite, common areas, septic mounds or golf trails. Ruts caused by your vehicle, trailer, or boat will result in damage charges for a minimum of $300.00.

Parking is available at the guest center, pool, and bathhouse during use.

Golf carts are allowed but must be operated by a driver with a valid Driver’s License and insurance at all times.

The park speed limit is 9 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave without refund. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

Any violation of these policies you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

Pet Policies

We are a pet friendly community and love having our pet guests so please help us keep the campground a pleasant place to visit for all.

Pets: 2 pets per campsite at a time. Any additional pets will be $10 per pet per night and require prior approval. A maximum of 4 pets per campsite.

Pets are not allowed in the guest center, pool area or bathhouse area under any circumstance.

Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please or dog park without cleaning up.

Pets must be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave.

Pet fences that are manufactured as camping pet fence are allowed on a temporary basis and pets cannot be left unattended in the pet fence at anytime.

Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.

Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.

Aggressive pet behavior is not tolerated.

Any violation of these policies you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

Campsite Policies

Quiet hours are observed between 10PM and 7AM Sunday – Thursday and between 11PM – 8AM Friday – Saturday. Please be considerate of other guests. Rowdy, or inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated.

Campfires are permitted at sites with firepit provided and campfires must not be left unattended. Please do not burn trash or cigarette trash in firepit. All trash should be placed in the dumpsters.

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.

Gray water/sewage should be emptied into the septic lines at the campsite only. Do not flush any feminine products or toilet wipes into the septic system. You will be responsible for any repairs.

Recommended water pressure gauge for water access to your RV and power protector.

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical, water or sewage issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals, water connections or septic system per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are a skilled tradesman, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

A tent is allowed on your site with your RV.

Only RV rugs are allowed. No outdoor carpet or indoor rugs.

American flag, sports, military and/or a state flag are allowed. No religion or political flags are allowed.

For the safety of our guests, attached awning are only allowed. No temporary shade tents are allowed.

Alcohol should not be openly displayed. No drug or alcohol abuse will be tolerated.

Smoking to be confined to campsites only. All smoking trash must be disposed of and not left on the campsite or throughout the campground. If caught there will be a $25 clean up fee charged to the credit card on file.

No firearms displayed or visible at any time. If found displaying, threatening or without a permit of a firearm the guest will be asked to leave the campground.

No fireworks allowed in the campground.

Checkout is 11AM each day and campers wishing to extend their stay should contact the Guest Center before 10AM on that day.

Upon check out you are responsible to clean up all trash and put anything moved back in its place. If the campsite is not left clean there will be a $25 clean up fee charged to the credit card on file.

General Policies

The laundry room is open 24/7. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.

For the comfort of all our guests, bathhouse is open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning. We ask for your help in keeping the bathhouse clean and conserve water as much as possible, please. Guest under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathhouse area.

No lifeguard is on duty at pool, ponds, and creek. Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. Horseplay, running, and diving is not permitted in our pool area. Alcohol and Food is not permitted inside the pool itself. Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our pool or playground. Do not put any pool furniture inside the pool. Failure to follow these rules result in you being asked to leave without refund. Children in diapers are allowed in the pool with swim diapers only and can be purchased at the guest center if needed. Only swimming suits and swimming trunks permitted in our pool, no cut offs.

Please do not let your children climb our trees or structures, your child could get hurt or can damage them the trees and structures.

JG’s Campen Life and its employees are not responsible for acts of God, other damage, vandalism, or theft of registered camper or guest RV’s or other personal possessions. Each guest stays at their own risk. JG’s Campen Life and its employees are not liable for any injuries sustained by guests while staying at the Campground. Management reserves the right to refuse camping stays, or any services to anyone at our discretion, and the right to eject anyone at any time.
