The U.S. Space & Rocket Center is close enough for a day trip from our place in Cullman, which is why so many folks comparing RV parks near Huntsville, AL end up parking here instead. You're right off I-65, so the run north is simple, and evenings back at your site stay quiet.

Space fans can spend a morning at the Davidson Center for Space Exploration, then let the kids finish the day at EarlyWorks Children's Museum. If you'd rather slow the pace down, the Huntsville Botanical Garden makes for a relaxed afternoon, and Big Spring International Park is a good spot to stretch your legs before dinner. Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment is worth the trip if you like poking around studios, and Monte Sano State Park gives you higher ground and fresh air. All of it sits an easy drive from our RV park near Huntsville, AL.

Coming back is half the fun. Sites are pull-through with full hookups, including water, electric, sewer and trash, and there's real room to spread out. Kids head straight for the pool, the creek, the playground or the dog park. Grown-ups tend to land on the covered porch with the community games or take a swing at virtual golf. We were headed home from Florida early due to evacuation for the hurricane. After being in traffic for nearly 10 hours only traveling halfway home, I called this campground at 10 pm desperately looking for a place to stay for the night. The lady answered the phone and was so nice, allowing us a place to stay for the night. This facility was so new, clean, and the staff were phenomenal. The bath houses were so nice and clean. I will certainly stay here again if needed. 10/10 for sure.

One of the best campgrounds we’ve stayed in our years of traveling! Easy, level, pull through, full hookup campsites! The individual restroom/shower room was extremely clean. The laundry room was very clean as well. Both the restrooms & laundry room had very nice, not overwhelming, flight in fragrance. Jenny, the campground host, was so friendly & extremely helpful! We will definitely stop at JG’s again on our future travels!

The place was very clean and nice. Jenny was amazing at helping me with anything we needed. And the wifi offered was the best we've ever had at a campground (which is important during football season). We will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful campground. The sites were nice size, flat, and included picnic tables on a cement slab. Jenny was so friendly and helpful. They had so many extras on the property wish we had time to stay longer. - pickleball, pool, golf simulator, and even a guest bag with a koozie. Very immaculate and modern. Beautiful scenery.

Great campground, and the owners have the place fixed up pretty nicely. No trees, but the owners told us the place was a sweet potato farm. WiFi was the fastest I have ever had at any campground.

JG’s Camp Life Rv was great. We took our grandkids on a Rv weekend and had the best time. The kids loved the creek, playing in the pool and the many activities they had. It’s close to the Water Park in Cullman. If you want to eat out you’re close to restaurants. We will definitely come back. Thank you for creating a great place to stay.
